  • Lavender is a well-known calming oil and is often regarded as a ‘neuroscent’ – a term used to describe scents that may create a sense of emotional balance and calm. There are clinical studies suggesting it supports better sleep and eases anxiety and stress related discomfort. Research also indicates lavender has the potential to offer relief for those experiencing hormonal changes, such as during menopause.

    Our SLEEP MIST is specifically designed to support relaxation. Blending lavender with soothing chamomile and a specially selected formula of oils to promote calm and deep relaxation before bed.

  • Sandalwood is both sweet and earthy, with a warm, grounding woody aroma. It is widely regarded as a neuroscent for its potential to support the body’s natural response to stress, promoting relaxation, balance, calm, and mental clarity. Sandalwood is also known for its cleansing properties. It has a long history, having been used for thousands of years in rituals within different cultures and practices. It is an anointing oil commonly used in religious ceremonies and is preferred for meditation and introspection. Sandalwood is believed to have spiritual properties that bring people closer to the divine, adding a spiritual layer to its calming effect.
