Just as the tides are guided by the moon, we too, can learn to flow with our natural rhythms. We each have our own cycles, ebbing and flowing throughout the day. Our energy and vibration are shaped by what we do and how we care for ourselves.
By embracing periods of rest and renewal alongside productivity and activity, and tuning into these cycles, we create space for balance and wellbeing.
When we create space to connect within, we cultivate greater awareness, peace, and contentment.

Sustainability is at the heart of Moonshack. As a lifelong vegetarian and passionate environmental advocate, I'm dedicated to using organic ingredients, sourcing locally when possible, and employing low~impact, handmade manufacturing methods. Our packaging is ESC~approved, and we use recyclable Miron glass to preserve the potency of our products.

With 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of their most vulnerable and transformative moments. I’ve seen how overwhelming emotions can disconnect us from our bodies and how anxiety, depression, stress, sleep issues, and self worth are often interlinked.
I qualified as a sound healing practitioner to offer another way of stepping out of the thinking mind: by inviting connection within the body, raise vibration, encouraging calm, and deep relaxation, through sound.
‘Moonshack’ was created in 2024 from this understanding and a response to the everyday challenges we all face. Products that not only bring us joy, but support our emotional wellbeing with grounding rituals. Rooted in the belief that consistency can help create healthy habits and lasting change. When we create space for ourselves, something can begin to shift.
Drawing on my therapeutic background, I have created sensory high-quality natural oils and potent botanicals that don’t just smell good, they are designed to encourage pause, presence, and support emotional resilience as we ebb and flow throughout daily life. These oils also surround us in times of stress, fatigue, or transition.
(This is not a replacement for traditional therapy or professional treatment), but can be a beautiful part of a broader self-care practice and a powerful natural companion to wellbeing.
Rather than a quick fix, we encourage small, consistent rituals that support meaningful change over time. Daily habits, grounded in emotional self-care principles, encouraging us to respond to life’s demands compassionately in the here and now.
My inspiration runs deeper than professional experience. As a child I found joy and tranquillity in nature, growing up in the New Forest, and by the sea. That deep sense of connection is something I hold dear and wish to capture through ‘Moonshack’.
Many traditions and modern wellness philosophies hold that different thoughts, feelings, and behaviours affect your vibration. Raising your vibration doesn’t mean bypassing life’s challenges, it means cultivating awareness over autopilot.
Everything has a unique vibrational frequency, including humans. Vibration is the subtle frequency we emit, shaped by our daily habits. It influences how others feel around us, and how we move through the world. When we are in alignment, our vibration rises, and life tends to meet us there.
High-vibe states are linked to emotions like love, gratitude, and joy. Low-vibe states pull us into fear, shame, or disconnection.
Actively encouraging our state doesn’t mean bypassing difficult feelings; it means creating space to process them with awareness, compassion and adopting a more positive mindset.
Achieving balance and a calm mind can help us access what’s known as the flow state, a term coined by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihihalyi. Flow is the mental state of being completely absorbed in an activity, where the focus becomes effortless, and time seems to fade away. in these moments we can experience heightened creativity, productivity, and satisfaction.
